Welcome to The 3 Falconeers! By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

The 3 Falconeers provides live raptor educational experiences, performances, and appearances at events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, community events, private functions, and school or library programs. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A non-refundable deposit of 10% or $200.00, whichever is greater, is required to secure your booking.
  
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
  
• Payment methods accepted: Cash or Credit Card
  
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received and a contract is signed.
  

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may receive a partial refund (minus deposit).
  
• Cancellations made within 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
  
• If The 3 Falconeers must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, animal welfare concerns), we will reschedule where possible or issue a full refund.
  

• Raptors require a safe, calm environment for their welfare and public safety. We reserve the right to modify or cancel performances if conditions are unsuitable (e.g., extreme weather, unsafe crowds).
  
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by our Falconers.
  
• Handling of birds is at the discretion of our Falconers and may be limited based on safety and welfare considerations.
  

• Travel fees apply for events located more than 50 miles from our base location. Fees may include mileage, fuel, lodging, and meals as applicable.
  
• Travel arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before finalizing the booking.
  

• While we take every precaution to ensure safety, all guests participate at their own risk.
  
• The 3 Falconeers are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other losses that occur during an event, except in cases of gross negligence.
  
• Some events may require the host to provide liability insurance—details will be discussed during booking.
  

• All photographs, videos, and materials created by The 3 Falconeers remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
  
• You are welcome to take personal photos during events, but commercial use requires our written permission.
  

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
